About Lee...

Lee's passion for real estate started early on, and after spending years in sales and engineering, he decided to pursue his lifelong interest in the field. Since settling in the Evansville area in 2003, Lee has gained extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods, which he uses to help his clients find their perfect home.

With a background in engineering sales and hands-on mechanical engineering service, Lee brings a unique skill set to the real estate industry. He knows how to use his sales expertise to negotiate the best deals for his clients while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Recently, Lee's wife Gretchen joined him, and together they have formed The Riddle Team. With Gretchen's 15 years of coaching experience, the team now offers added value to their clients in the real estate market. The Riddle Team is dedicated to providing top-notch service to their clients and helping them achieve their real estate goals.

About Gretchen...

Gretchen Riddle is a native of Evansville, with a lifelong interest in homes. In March 2021, she teamed up with her husband Lee to form The Riddle Team. Prior to her work in real estate, Gretchen spent over 15 years working as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Health Educator. She was passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and has brought that same enthusiasm to her work in real estate. As a coach to both home buyers and sellers, Gretchen guides her clients through the entire real estate transaction, from start to finish.

Gretchen holds a bachelor's degree in Health Services from the University of Southern Indiana, with minors in Health Promotion & Worksite Wellness and Nutrition. In her spare time, she enjoys home decorating and repurposing furniture, as well as spending time with Lee and their two children. About Breigh...

Her name is Breigh Baumholser, and she proudly joins The Riddle Team as our assistant. As a dedicated mother of two and happily married for six years, Breigh's hands have been full raising her 3-year-old and 18-month-old children. After obtaining her master's degree in Social Work, she dedicated the past three years to being a stay-at-home mom. With a passion for exploration and a thirst for knowledge, Breigh eagerly anticipates the opportunities that lie ahead in her role as the assistant for The Riddle Team. Welcome Breigh!
